El Paso Helps is a collaborative effort that supports families in crisis and promotes community stability. Led by the City of El Paso Department of Community + Human Development, in partnership with local organizations, the program ensures immediate access to vital services for families and individuals experiencing uncertainties such as housing insecurities, homelessness, food insecurities, and other basic needs.
